Being with Distress
We often live our lives avoiding distress, whether it is within ourselves or when working with people in distress. Yet distress is part of life, it makes up who we are and helps us move forward.
This course is will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence in being, recognising and responding to people who are experiencing distress in an effective, humanising and compassionate way.
